Pyrolysis

Pyrolysis a thermochemical process that breaks down waste in the absence of oxygen. It offers a highly efficient and environmentally responsible method of converting waste into valuable products such as synthetic fuel and hydrogen, and generates electricity. It is the Sustainable Solution through which Europe can transition from dumping and incineration toward more resource-efficient waste management practices.

    Short Installation Times. Unlike incineration plants, pyrolysis plants can be built with 18 months from permitting. Its modular construction makes the plant scalable and land permitting you can quite easily scale up from two lines to 20 lines sorting and treating 200,000 tons of assorted waste a year including tyres. This modular technology enables facilities to be operational in 15 months from completion of permitting, so offering a faster more advanced, efficient alternative to incineration.
