Waste Collection & Preparation

Raw materials such as end-of-life tyres, plastics, and rubber are collected, sorted, and processed to ensure optimal feedstock for pyrolysis. Shredding and drying help prepare the materials for efficient conversion.

Pyrolysis & Thermal Decomposition

The prepared waste enters the low-oxygen pyrolysis chamber, where it is heated at high temperatures. This process breaks down complex materials into synthetic fuels, hydrogen, and carbon black, without releasing harmful toxins into the air.

Resource Recovery & Refinement

The resulting outputs—synthetic fuels, recovered metals, and valuable byproducts—are refined for industrial applications. These materials are then used in energy production, manufacturing, and construction, supporting a circular economy.
